FAQ

1. How long does it take to ship my order?

We will ship out your order in 3-5 days, sooner if we can. Our shipping days are Wednesdays and Saturdays.

2. What is the best way to contact you?

You can reach out to us on our "Contact Us" page or email us at maisee@mothernurturesessentials.com. Please make sure you leave a detailed explanation along with your name and contact information.  

3. I received my order, and it was not the right product or my item was damaged. What do I do? 

If your item arrived damaged or if we sent you the wrong item, please notify us immediately (with pictures, if appropriate) within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will be more than happy to work with you.

4. What is your refund/return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we will not accept refunds or returns. However, we can accept returns for a few situations:

- If our product is defective or unsatisfactory to you in some way, please contact us directly. We will be happy to discuss and remedy the situation.

Total value of the resolution will not exceed the value of the original purchase. Return shipping will be determined case by case. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at maisee@mothernurturesessentials.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 9245 Tewsbury Gate, Maple Grove, MN 55311.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will not be able to refund the following items:

5. I sent you an email but have not received a response. How long does it take for you to get back to me? 

"Mother Nurture's Essentials" is a one-person team, and aside from running this business, Maisee also holds a full-time job. Please give her 1-3 days to reply back to you. 

6. I made two separate purchases on two different occasions, and both orders have not been shipped. My total purchases are over $50. Can I get combined or free shipping?

Any single purchase over $50 will qualify for free shipping. Unfortunately, if you make 2 separate purchases (both purchases equaling $50 or over), we will not be able to do free shipping for you. For instance, if you made a $20 purchase now and 10 mins later, you make an additional $40 purchase, equaling $60 for you, we will not be able to grant you the free shipping.

Please make sure that before you purchase, the items in your cart are final. 

7. I am interested in preordering your products for a special event (i.e. birthday party, wedding, baby shower, etc). What do I do? 

Please send us an email, and we can talk about your event in detail. We have limited designs, but we may be open to other designs as well. It is IMPORTANT that you reach out to us 2-3 months ahead of time to discuss your preorder. For instance, soaps take 4-6 weeks to cure, and we cannot rush this process. Once we have settled on a design, we will require 50% deposit up front. You can pay the rest of your invoice once your products have been completed. 

If you are interested in wholesale, please let us know. There is a minimum requirement. 

8.  Do you sell in craft shows? 

At this time, our business is primarily website-based and on social media only. We plan to be participate in some craft shows throughout the year. Please follow our website and social media for more updates.
